"You may be Captain America, but you're not Steve Rogers."
The Falcon is taking flight as the new Captain in "Captain America: Brave New World."
Anthony Mackie, who portrayed the Falcon in previous MCU films, officially assumed the mantle of Captain America at the conclusion of the Disney+ series "The Falcon and The Winter Soldier" in 2021. This film marks the theatrical debut of Mackie's version of the iconic Marvel hero, previously embodied by Chris Evans' character, Steve Rogers, in earlier Marvel films.
Adding to the excitement, Harrison Ford is making his first appearance in the MCU as U.S. President Thaddeus Ross. In this new installment, President Ross calls on Captain America during an international crisis. According to the official synopsis, Captain America must uncover the truth behind a sinister global plot before the true mastermind plunges the world into chaos.
"Captain America: Brave New World" also features a stellar cast, including Danny Ramirez, Shira Haas, Xosha Roquemore, Carl Lumbly, Giancarlo Esposito, Liv Tyler, and Tim Blake Nelson.
The film is set to soar into theaters on February 14, 2025.

After being seemingly forgotten since its release in 2021, "Eternals" introduced an element in the MCU that should have been impossible to ignore: the massive, frozen Celestial statue emerging from the ocean, halted by the Eternals to prevent planetary destruction.
Yet, this significant event has gone largely unmentioned in the MCU, aside from a few Easter eggs. However, this is set to change with the release of "Captain America: Brave New World."
The latest trailer reveals, albeit briefly, that the Celestial will play a role in the storyline. The trailer shows a moment where missiles are fired near the statue, suggesting it will be more than just a backdrop, confirming several alleged leaks and fan theories. Potential spoilers follow from here.
