How To Fix Setup Has Detected That UninstallShield Is In Use Error 432 | Adobe Photoshop 7.0 Problem

In this tutorial, I will show you Setup Has Detected That Uninstallshield Error 432 Problem Solved. ➤ Error: Error 432. Setup has detected that unInstallShield is in use. Please close unInstallShield and restart setup. ➤ Problem Description: Error 432 occurs during the setup initialization. The error says unInstallShield is running, but it is not. There is nothing else running in the background nor is anything related to InstallShield running in the Task Manager. Reasons why the error may display: ➤ IsUninst.exe is corrupted on the computer: User running the setup does not have administrative rights on the computer. IsUninst.exe is the InstallShield uninstallation file, and when it is corrupted, it might appear to be in use even though it is not showing up as a process that is running in the Task Manager. ➤ Suggested Action: Verify you are logged into the computer with Administrative rights. Delete all instances of IsUninst.exe from the C:\Windows directory and try running your setup again. If IsUninst.exe cannot be deleted because it does not exist or is in use, reboots the machine and run the setup again. ➤Uninstall and Reinstall InstallShield If the Installshield Error 432 is a result of using InstallShield, you may want to try reinstalling it and see if the problem is fixed. Please follow these steps: ➤ Windows 8, 8.1, and 10 1. Click “Start Menu”. 2. Click “Programs and Features”. 3. Find the software that is linked to **insert file name**. 4. Click Uninstall/Change. 5. The uninstaller will pop up and give you instructions. Click “okay” and “next” until it is complete. 5. Restart your computer. 6. Reinstall the software and run the program.
